Draft Breakdown: Round 22, waiver-wire, trade targets


<p>Apologies on the lateness of the article this week. Annoyingly, life got in the way during SuperCoach finals.</p>



<p>Congratulations on everyone that has made it this far.</p>



<p>This week there are some good matchup opportunities for SuperCoach.</p>



<p>I particularly like players from the Warriors, Bulldogs, Sharks, Broncos, Titans, Sea Eagles, Raiders and Dragons this week.</p>



<p>Any Sharks players available on the waiver should be prioritised above all those teams but I will go through some other options as well.</p>



<p>Let’s jump into the targets looking at players by each position and available in 65% of leagues.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Top Priority Target</strong></h2>



<p><strong>Bradyon Trindall</strong></p>



<p>Trindall was a late in last week for the injured Moylan and notched up 75 points against the Dragons with an individual try and setting up another close to the line.</p>



<p>He has a great matchup against the Tigers and although it would be nice for him to have the kicking duties, he will still be score well as a run-first half.</p>



<p>Late last year, Trindall notched up 130 points against the Tigers, with 94 points in setting up trys and line breaks.</p>

<p><strong>Kade Dykes</strong></p>



<p>Dykes was disappointing last week, as were the Sharks generally against the Dragons.</p>



<p>He only scored 20 points and mere 22 points in base stats.</p>



<p>I still think he is a good option against the Tigers and could easily get a few trys.</p>

<p><strong>Andrew Davey</strong></p>



<p>Davey has a three-round average of 70 PPG and five round average of 62 PPG.</p>



<p>He is playing 80 minutes and runs some great attacking lines.</p>



<p>He comes up against the Titans this week and I like him to score against Tannah Boyd.</p>

<p><strong>Tom Flegler</strong></p>



<p>Flegler is the best front row option below 35% ownership in my opinion.</p>



<p>He has a three-round average of 50 PPG and last week managed to score 47 points in a limited 37 minutes, thanks to a HIA.</p>



<p>He will benefit from Carrigan’s absence, and his offload will be more important as they are lacking Carrigan’s distribution.</p>

<p><strong>Sam Verrills</strong></p>



<p>Verrils has a three-round average of 48 PPG and a five round average of 55 PPG.</p>



<p>He will get you 45-55 points, which is great if you don’t have one of the better hooker options.</p>

<p><strong>Dale Finucane</strong></p>



<p>Returning from suspension and a freshen up, he comes straight into the Sharks side</p>



<p>I think his ownership is so low because of his poor scores at the start of the year due to head knocks.</p>



<p>Before suspension he had a three-round average of 52 PPG and a five round average of 46 PPG.</p>

<p><strong>Lachlan Miller</strong></p>



<p>Miller came on for Connor Tracey and played right wing for 68 minutes last week.</p>



<p>In that time, he managed only 8 points in base.</p>



<p>He is also outside one of the biggest ball hogs in Ramien but then again, he is up against the Tigers weaker left side.</p>



<p>Miller is a risky play, but I wouldn’t mind seeing how he scored on my bench and taking his points if he scores well.</p>

<p><strong>Jason Saab</strong></p>



<p>Saab has a three-round average of 85 PPG and five round average of 68 PPG thanks to a couple of huge scores against the Knights and Eels.</p>



<p>He is doing this without Turbo and against the Titans, I do like him as a play.</p>

<p><strong>Brian Kelly</strong></p>



<p>Kelly is up against the notorious weak edge of Manly.</p>



<p>Since returning to the side he has looked dangerous and scored in both games, albeit not back to his damaging best.</p>

<p>Keep an eye on Schuester who may come in for the injured Foran.</p>



<p>Although I won’t be expecting huge numbers from him, he could go half decent against the Titans.</p>
