Draft Breakdown: Waiver-wire targets, Rd 12

Every week I will be looking at players still available in 65% of leagues. There may be better options still available in your league, but this article will be focusing on the players that are likely to be available in most leagues.



Best call last week – &nbsp;Albert Kelly – Looked heavily involved and did way better than expected against the Roosters.



Worst call last week – Lachlan Lam – Unlike Kelly, Lam went missing in a disappointing Roosters outfit.



Let’s have a look at the options this week as the suspension havoc continues.



Keep an eye on judiciary news for opportunities on the waivers. For example, Nat Butcher is a great waiver if Angus Crichton gets suspended.

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">WAIVER OPTIONS</h2>



Tom Eisenhuth (2RF/CTW)



Eisenhuth is filling in for the injured Kenny Bromwich playing 80 minutes on the Storm’s left edge.



He is available at CTW and last week scored 77 points with 50 points in base.



He is a great option especially against the Broncos this week and will also be in this edge role for at least the next two weeks, playing the bye in round 13.



Jordan Pereira (CTW)



Pereira is a tackle busting winger who has a history as a hard worker.



In the next three matches Pereira will play the Tigers, Broncos and Bulldogs.



He is also playing outside the Dragons go-to Jack Bird whilst Ramsey is at fullback.

Lachlan Croker (HOK/HFB)



Croker has recently started playing 80 minutes at hooker for the red-hot Manly and sits with a three round average of 57PPG.



As long as he is playing 80 minutes he is a good play at HFB.



Manly also have a dream run coming up playing the Knights, Cowboys, Titans and Bulldogs in the next four rounds.



Nathanael Sasagi (5/8)



Sasagi looks like he has great potential as a SuperCoach player in a poor Knights side.



He has a handy flick pass and offload which he used to set up his winger last week.



He also looks like he has decent base to his game, scoring 32 points in base stats last week.



Unfortunately, he is only available at 5/8 but is a handy pickup for coaches with a suspended 5/8 or needing a bye player.

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">PLAYERS TO TARGET IN A TRADE</h2>



Adam Reynolds (HFB)



Souths have been impressively bad the last few weeks and Reynolds only scored 17 points against a dominate Panthers team.



Once Murray comes back, Souths will look a lot better in attack and defence and Reynolds will benefit with attacking plays and goal kicking.



Bennett also has a habit of coaching his sides to hit their straps towards the end of the season, where Reynolds could kick 30 points in goals.



The Rabbitohs also have a dream run post Origin 1.

Scott Drinkwater (5-8 / FLB)



Prior to the last two weeks Drinkwater has been pretty poor to start the season.



The Cowboys are starting to find some form with Drinkwater playing some great attacking football.



It’s no coincidence the form has come with Drinkwater scoring 103 and 80 points in the last two matches.
