Final word: Strategy, skippers, trades, Round 12

As we lead into the bye rounds, I still sit around 4500th overall, a position that I can’t seem to shake even after 3 months of supercoach. I also have 27 trades and 1 boost left which I think should be around the median. Pre-trades I already have 10 players available for round 13, so I should be able to snag the coveted 13 players over the next 4 or 5 trades, with room for a few final cash cows along the way. Billy Smith seems the ideal cash cow to bring in right now with a -62 breakeven and priced at a very cheap $289k. I wasn’t convinced that he was a must have until I looked at his 40+ in base over the opening two games he’s p
