Niko’s Supercoach EPL Watchlist | Gameweek 26

I’m back with a bang!  173 points and a rank rise to 210 overall. 



Scoring like that, most things went right – holding Palmer for his hatty, benching Hall, and hitting a good VC with Bruno F, all whilst saving my trades.  



The only downside was Tarkowski not doing anything in Everton’s 2-1 win and only contributing the measly two points to my score.



We now move on to the double game week.  



Arsenal and Wolves play twice, and I’d be looking to have four or five of their players on the field for this.  



Anymore and you’re putting yourself at risk for the blank GW31, which obviously includes Arsenal and Wolves, but also Man City and Crystal Palace.  



However, if you’ve saved a heap of trades and you want to go all out, go for it!  You’ve earned it with your patience.

Dango&nbsp;Ouattara (£8.86M, Brentford&nbsp;MID, B/E -13)



Has come back from AFCON with a bang!  



After Arsenal, the Bees have Brighton, Burnley, Bournemouth, Wolves, Leeds, Everton, Fulham, with most at home.  



Thiago is also an option for this insane run.



Rayan (£3.75M, Bournemouth&nbsp;FWD, B/E -10)



The new Brazilian signing has started with a bang for the Cherries – an assist on debut from the bench, followed by a start and goal against Villa.  



He’s on the bubble, and it looks like he’ll be a regular for Iraola in the front four.

Cole&nbsp;Palmer (£10.04M, Chelsea&nbsp;MID, B/E -9)



I asked for a penalty, and I got two!  



Very lucky, but often you are rewarded for patience in Supercoach.  



We knew the ceiling and no real surprise it came against Wolves.  



Only played the 61 minutes for his 34 score, so he should be fine to start both Leeds and Burnley, and both are at home, which must be frightening for non-owners.



Diogo&nbsp;Dalot (£7.04M, Manchester United&nbsp;DEF, B/E -9)



Has been a regular for United this season, and with their form and his attacking threat, he becomes an option for us.  



Second-best defensive record in the league the last six.  



You could also look at Kobbie Mainoo, who is in favour under Carrick.

Guglielmo&nbsp;Vicario (£3.66M, Tottenham Hotspur&nbsp;GKP, B/E 1)



Annoyingly, scored well in a 2-0 loss thanks to eight save points.  



I’ll need to decide this game week if I want him to cover Raya in GW31 (Carabao Cup final) and GW34 (FA Cup semi).  



I could also play him ahead of Raya in double GW33 – Man C away, Newcastle home vs Brighton home, Wolves away.



Martín&nbsp;Zubimendi (£9.75M, Arsenal&nbsp;MID, B/E 11)



Should play both matches of the double, alongside Declan Rice in central midfield.  



Daniel&nbsp;Muñoz (£10.15M, Crystal Palace&nbsp;DEF, B/E 14)



Coming off a clean sheet with Burnley and Wolves at home is very enticing, especially with his attacking threat.  



I’d love to, but I cannot justify using two trades on him with the blank GW31 issue; perhaps you can.

I’m tipping that if you’re reading this, you own him, and you’re an engaged manager.  



If you’re not one of the 17% who own (that seems ultra-low to me), you need to get him in and captain him.  Do it now.



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Hold / Watch</h3>



Viktor&nbsp;Gyökeres (£5.69M, Arsenal FWD, B/E -3)



He’s hit some form, but that’s on limited minutes.  



I don’t see him starting either of the Gunner’s double with Havertz and Jesus fully fit.  



There’s too much competition for spots.

Man, what a free kick, it gave me prime CR7 vibes.  



There’s something about long-range free kicks where the keeper just watches it go in.  



Annoying red card for owners at the death, but he only misses the one match, so you should be holding him.



Jørgen&nbsp;Strand Larsen (£3.52M, Crystal Palace&nbsp;FWD, B/E 6)



Played the full 90 minutes on debut and probably should have scored.  



He’s still a potential bargain basement option.



Jarrod&nbsp;Bowen (£10.55M, West Ham MID, B/E 8)



There’s a bit of a watch on my man Bowen, as he’s not playing up front anymore, instead at RM.  



He’s still on penalties, and the Irons have been in form, so still looking to hold him.

Mohamed&nbsp;Salah (£8.98M, Liverpool FWD, B/E 11)



A little quiet against City but still managed five shots and played the 90 minutes.  



Sunderland this week, who haven’t lost at home all season, so perhaps he’ll be a little cheaper again.  



Still on my watchlist as a possible long-term Saka replacement.



Virgil&nbsp;van Dijk (£8.20M, Liverpool DEF, B/E 15)



If you’ve made it this far with him, just keep him.  



The good fixtures are around the corner, and Liverpool’s defensive stats have been pretty good, albeit still conceding – fourth best xGA in the last 6 matches.



James&nbsp;Tarkowski (£9.23M, Everton DEF, B/E 18)



Three of the next four are at home.  



I’m expecting him to bounce back, even though they’ve traditionally been better away from home this season.

If you own this guy, just say goodbye.  



He sees a Brazilian, and it’s like a red rag to a bull.  



Will miss the next four matches and surely gets stripped of the captaincy.



Bukayo Saka (£7.94M, Arsenal FWD, B/E 15)



I think I’m forced to hold as I can’t get to anyone decent, but I would sell if I could.  



He won’t play the double, and he’s instead targeting a GW27 return, and that could potentially be on reduced minutes.
