Analysing the NRL Supercoach ownership of players across the top teams heading into the last week of Supercoach.



To make life easier when identifying true ownership of NRL Supercoach players, each week we’ll break it down into ranking brackets.



Whether you’re chasing ranks, or playing it safe up top, it’ll help identify the best ways to try and achieve your Supercoach goals.



The tables below sets out the proportion of Supercoach teams in the top 1%, top 5%, top 10% and overall that own each player.&nbsp;



This season, there are over 150,000 Supercoach teams, so top 1% would be roughly the top 1500 teams, top 5% is the top 7,500 teams and top 10% is top 15,000 teams.

The Random Stats Guy analyses the top NRL Supercoach ownership of the top NRL Supercoach teams in Round 7, 2025.



Let’s take a look at the ownership of players heading into Round 9.



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="block-6a249953-86b0-49db-bf1b-1c8c9bd539db">Fullback (excluding DPP)</h3>



Scott Drinkwater is the 2nd most traded-in player this week after he went nuclear against the Titans with 132 points.



The Cowboys have the Warriors, Panthers, Sea Eagles and Tigers to come &#8211; all in QLD, with 3 consecutive games in Townsville after Magic Round.



James Tedesco is the 6th most traded-in player this week following his 3rd ton of the year against the Dragons.



The Roosters do have the bye in Round 10, and Teddy&#8217;s breakeven is 81 this week, meaning you won&#8217;t be too much out of pocket if you wait till Round 11 to pick him up.



Clint Gutherson bombed out on ANZAC Day with just 44 points. He is the 4th most traded-out player this week with most Supercoaches going to either Robert Derby or Scott Drinkwater in replacement.

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="block-c2682183-b3fc-4aab-9733-1d93857bb8f0">CTW</h3>



Mawene Hiroti&#8216;s day were always numbered with Kayal Iro set to return this week, however, for Supercoaches who did have him he scored just 13 after going down with a knee injury in the first half against the Tigers.



As a result, he is the most traded-out player this week with most Supercoaches looking to Robert Derby and Beau Fermor as CTW replacements.



Robert Derby is the most traded-in player this week in Supercoach, however only 132 Supercoaches in the top 1% have brought him in.



He is definitely going to make you cash with a breakeven of -46 and expected price rise of $81k, however, before his 135 against the Titans he had scored 140 points in total in his first 4 games of the season.



Beau Fermor is the 3rd most traded-in player this week after he scored his highest Supercoach score ever with 132 points in a team that had 50 dropped on them.



This could be the last week we see Fermor in the $500k range this season, as he is expected to rise to $600k in Round 9. 



He has scored 60+ points in 4/7 games this season and is good POD option at just 4% ownership.

Dylan Brown has had a little jump in popularity as the 6th most traded-in 5/8 by the top 1% of Supercoaches.



Brown is boosted with Moses&#8217; return and has a good scoring record against his next 3 opponents (Sharks, Dolphins and Knights), whom he has scored at least 60 points against in each of his last 3 meetings respectively.

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="block-0275278c-028c-4ef9-b9a6-b869684ab4eb">HLF</h3>



Hugo Savala has had a surprising amount of interest this week with most Supercoaches going to him via Mawene Hiroti or Thomas Jenkins.



As mentioned above with Teddy, the Roosters have the bye in Round 10, but Savala will provide solid bye round coverage throughout the Origin period.



He does however, have just one score over 22 this season, and that was his 65 vs Dragons last week.



Mitch Moses is still a super POD play, despite being the 9th most traded-in player this week, with just 2% ownership overall.



He had 98 against the Tigers, which included 4 try assists, and plays the Sharks, Dolphins and Knights, whom he has 80+ scores against in each of his recent meetings.

Any question marks around Dylan Lucas&#8216; scoring potential with the Knights&#8217; state of attack was put to bed after he scored his 3rd consecutive score of 60+ points to start the season.



He is the most traded-in player for the top 1% of Supercoaches this week with most trading out the man he replaced in, Thomas Cant.



Dylan Egan has seemed to have peaked in price, for now, with a high breakeven of 61 this week vs Tigers.



He finished with 30 points against the Chooks, his lowest score of the season and is the 5th most traded out player this week.

As per usual, front rowers haven&#8217;t had much movement.



You either have Terrell May and Payne Haas, or you don&#8217;t get Supercoach&#8230;

Connor Watson has dropped in popularity throughout the week following a score of 42 vs Dragons and with the bye inbound. 



Sandon Smith has had a nice influx in ownership following his score of 129 points, inclusive of a sin bin, on ANZAC Day.



With a breakeven of -8 and an expected price rise of $70k, he is a nice pickup up especially for bye coverage during the Origin period.
