Croker's Call: Red-hot Stockmen finishing in style

While a little late for my SC Playbook league aspirations, the Stockmen are beginning to develop some consistency and climb the rankings.



I scored well with 1,250 points last week to jump again up
into 17,793 overall.



I’m also still alive in my public league, with a big preliminary final clash ahead.

The boys are fresh from a week off too, so there’s no
excuses if I fall short of the decider.



Last week, Cleary went big with 104, I could have used that
the week before as captain…



Munster knocked out 97, Tino 91, Cook 87 and Mansour 85.



On the downside, Sivo scored just 29. It’s time for the big
fella to make amends with a hat-trick against Brisbane.



Moving on to my Round 19 moves.

SHAUN JOHNSON to LUKE KEARY



Johnson has been magnificent for me all year, but he has a
tough few weeks to finish the year against the Roosters and of course the mighty
Raiders.



Keary is a guy I had for much of the year then had to trade
when injured, then of course he scored huge last week.



I loved owning him, and his ability to orchestrate the
Roosters attacking raids makes him a great SuperCoach asset in my opinion.



He’s so dangerous from any part of the field and will
benefit from teammates returning around him.



With James Tedesco rested he’ll likely take the line on a little more also.

CAPTAIN



There are plenty of good choices this week, but I think I’ll
be going with Kalyn Ponga.



He has so many huge scores behind him this year and he should
be fresh from a week off.



He’ll fancy himself to do some damage on the Dragons as the
Knights look to build into the finals with a strong side on the park.



My vice-captain will be Damien Cook. The Rabbitohs are so
damaging in attack and it all starts with the crafty number 9.



He’ll be ready to unleash his running game against the
Canterbury middles and can go large.
