First week of the dreaded bye rounds, and things went… surprisingly well?! Eddie’s Eagles managed to find 20 fit and available players and ended up scoring 1,989 points, moving up nearly 500 ranking spots to 828th overall. Round 12 felt like that scene in the Sam Mendes film, 1917, where the guy is running along the trenches dodging bombs (Sean Darcy), bullets (Tom Stewart) and landmines (Bailey Smith) everywhere.
